"MAPPA's long-term value lies in the proprietary Discovery Graph it continuously builds: a structured map of how exploration intent moves through the world."
Layer 1 The Discovery Graph
The core asset being built. A continuously expanding map of destinations, themes, experiences, audiences, and exploration pathways. Every interaction strengthens it.
Layer 2 The MAPPA Platform
The infrastructure layer. Captures signals from content interactions and, over time, partner integrations, and structures them into the graph.
Layer 3 Products
The applications built on top of Layer 1: Destination Intelligence, Attribution, Campaign Analytics, Trip Explorer, Audience Insights.
Content as Sensor Network
Every story is also a sensor.
Original content functions as a distributed sensor network for exploration behaviour. Every series is a deliberate placement in the Discovery Graph, generating signals in specific destination and theme regions every time someone watches, searches, or explores further.
What MAPPA Captures
- Destination transitions: which places lead to which other places
- Theme transitions: how interests evolve across categories
- Trip sequencing: the order destinations are explored
- Aspiration signals: what audiences want next
- Origin markets: where exploration intent starts
- Travel duration preferences: how long people want to spend
- Destination adjacencies: what feels near to audiences
- Exploration pathways: the full route from inspiration to action
Beyond Quiet Revolt Media Group
The graph is built to grow beyond our own content.
Today, SYDF and Misfit Originals are the primary sensor network, with Gen TV building toward a direct Gen Z signal source as it launches. Over time, MAPPA is designed to ingest signals from partners, DMOs, travel brands, OTAs, creators, and external integrations, all feeding the same Discovery Graph. Every new source makes the map richer, without requiring Quiet Revolt Media Group to produce more content itself.
